Cancellation policies

Dear guest

The following cancellation policy applies to your booked arrangement
in Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.

In the event of cancellation:

1. More than 2 months before the event, no charge is incurred.

2. Between 1 and 2 months before the event, 40% of the price of the arrangement will be charged.

3. From 1 month and up to 7 working days before the event, 75% of the price of the arrangement will be charged.

4. Less than 7 working days before the event, the full price (100%) of the arrangement will be charged.


The term “cancellation” includes annulment, reduction, down-sizing, shortening, moving, re-scheduling and / or any other similarly relevant changes to the agreed contract / order confirmation.

All cancellations must be send in writing to Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.
