Herring fried with mustard and cured with onions and thyme
Brussel sprouts with organic Tebstrup goat cheese, dates and roasted walnuts
Mustard-baked salmon with spicy sauce
Chicken rillette with orange and anise
Veal carpaccio with fried mushrooms, tomato/chervil salsa and parmesan
Lightly smoked duck breast with honey-marinated walnuts and mango/chili compote

Baked cod with brown butter, beets, bacon and horseradish
Deep fried fish fillet with lemon, coarse Danish remoulade and cress
