Christmas Eve Tivoli Brasserie offers a delicious Christmas menu incl. wine for the 1st course.

Reservations can be made at 6pm – 6.15pm – 6.30pm – 6.45pm – 7pm.

Orange-cured Norwegian salmon

salad of frisee and dill – pickled orange – Hazelnut vinaigrette

Wine

Fantasi Douro, Niepoort, Douro Valley

Warn terrine of braised pork

marinated curly kale – quince puré – scratchings

Barberi duck breast

pickled red cabbage – pommes rösti – saute of apples with thyme and prunes – duck sauce – caramelized potatoes

Dessert buffet

Danish rice pudding with warm cherry sauce – Spicy cake pudding with crème anglaise – Baba au rhum – Panna cotta with mango coulis – Danish gingerbread cookie – Nuts – Chocolate from Katrine Andersen
