Every day 1 of the following 3 cold fish dishes will be present on the buffet

Tatar of fresh and smoked salmon ~ red onion cremé ~ crispy rye bread
Zander marinated in coriander and chilli ~ lemon mayonnaise

Live cooking station with pasta

Design your own Linguine pasta dish free of choice. Choose between the following ingredients:

Mushrooms ~ onions ~ bell peppers ~ broccoli ~ sun-dried tomatoes ~ cherry tomatoes ~ sugar snaps ~ spring onions ~ arugula

Pasta sauces: Pesto ~ Sauce Romesco ~ Parmesan/garlic sauce

Meat or fish for your pasta (Every day we offer 1 of the following accompaniments for your pasta dish):

Chicken skewer ~ Fried salmon ~ Shrimp skewer

Toppings for the pasta:
