Offered in Tivoli Brasserie on the 2nd floor between 5.30PM – 9.30PM in the following periods:
February 8th – 23rd, March 16th, March 23rd – 24th and April 13th


Every day 1 of the following 3 cold fish dishes will be present on the buffet:
Salmon tatar – wasabi mayo ~ crispy rye
‘Seared’ tuna with sesame ~ wakame ~ miso vinaigrette
Roasted scallops in a lime and garlic sauce ~ bacon frissé salad

Every day 3 of the following 7 dishes will be present on the buffet:
Caesar salad with smoked chicken
Wrap ~ tandoori chicken ~ yoghurt and mango chutney
Game paté ~ freshly baked rye ~ cornichons
Salad of pickled sweet potatoes ~ quinoa ~ pumpkin seeds
