Cancellation policies
Dear guest
The following cancellation policy applies to your booked arrangement in Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.
In the event of cancellation:
1. More than 2 months before the event, no charge is incurred.
2. Between 1 and 2 months before the event, 40% of the price of the arrangement will be charged.
3. From 1 month and up to 7 working days before the event, 75% of the price of the arrangement will be charged.
4. Less than 7 working days before the event, the full price (100%) of the arrangement will be charged.
The term “cancellation” includes annulment, reduction, down-sizing, shortening, moving, re-scheduling and / or any other similarly relevant changes to the agreed contract / order confirmation.
All cancellations must be send in writing to Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.
Room rental
For banquets in Tivoli Congress Center a room rental fee will be added.
The price of room rental is depending in which room the banquet takes place.

Music & Entertainment
Band
You have many opportunites of bringing a band for your next banquet in Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.
Many of our banquet rooms are very suitable for band entertainment and has great sound and acoustic.

Dj
You have many opportunites in bringing a DJ for your next banquet in Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center.

Decorations
Candles
At all banquets at Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center we decorate with our house candlesticks. If you have special requests for candlesticks do not hesitate to ask. In order to meet your requests we may be required to rent. The rental price will be billed to the guest.
Linen
At all banquets we set the tables with white table clothes and white napkins. If you special requets for colored linen, do not hesitate to ask
Flowers
Together with flower designers from Fiol Flowers we have the opportunity to make some of the most spectacular flower arrangements for your event.
Fiol Flowers will be delighted to come by for a non committed talk about your wishes for flower decorations.

In general
Special wishes and flower orders must informed to Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center minimum 14 days before event date.
House candlesticks and linen for banquets are inclusiv and will not be charged extra.
Flowers will be billed to the guest.
Wardrobe
BASEMENT - CONGRESS CENTER
In the basement of Tivoli Congress Center you will find a large wardrobe which can be locked on request. If you wish to have the wardrobe operated, the price is
Parking
Together with Hotel WakeUp Copenhagen, Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center offers a monitored parking garage for guests of both hotels.
The parking garage is placed between both hotels and on the back side of Tivoli Congress Center. You have direct acces to Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center through the basement corridor.
When entering the parking garage please withdraw a parking ticket. You may pay your parking in the Parking garage by the parking machine or at the reception to avoid queuing.
